A little bit about me...

Born and raised in Solihull, England, my upbringing was deeply rooted in family values and community spirit.
While studying a Bachelor’s (with Honours) in Nutrition, Exercise and Health, I loved being given case studies of individuals needing dietary interventions. I was drawn to the challenge of micro-analysing diets to formulate plans backed by research to support people's health goals and continued to achieve first-class grades.
Academic Pursuits: From Bachelor's to Master's
My desire to specialise Nutrition through dietetics grew, and it motivated me to pursue a Master's in Dietetics at Birmingham City University, accredited by the British Dietetic Association (BDA).

Specialising in Women's Health
My Master's degree allowed me to delve deeper into women's health, focusing my research on topics such as Vitamin D intake and its effects on Multiple Sclerosis symptoms in women, menopause advice, and the impact of vegetarian diets on dysmenorrhea symptoms. These projects not only expanded my knowledge but also affirmed my commitment to improving health through nutrition.
Professional Experience: Private Sector and NHS
My experiences during my Master's were diverse, ranging from roles in the private sector with Slimming World to various NHS hospitals across the West Midlands within: diabetes, IBS, ARFID, weight loss clinics to name a few. These opportunities enriched my understanding of nutritional therapy and reinforced my work ethic. In 2023/24 I worked in a MacMillan oncology and medical surgical based case load in the NHS. In 2025 to present I am a Specialist Dietitian within weight management, for a private healthcare company.
